These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.hbcareers.in and all services provided by HB Careers Academy.

1. *Eligibility*

   By using this site and enrolling in any course, the user confirms that:

   - They are 18 years or older (or applying with guardian consent)

   - All submitted documents and information are authentic

2. *Enrollment & Fees*

   - All course fees, onboarding charges, and kit prices are non-refundable once paid.

   - Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment.

   - Partial or EMI payments are subject to approval from our finance team.

3. *Course Delivery*

   - Courses are delivered online through modules, training guides, and mock exams.

   - Duration ranges from 6 to 12 months, depending on the program.

   - Certificates are awarded upon completion and evaluation.

4. *Corporate Kit*

   - Kit is part of onboarding and includes items like diary, pen, ID, etc.

   - It is dispatched only after verification and is non-returnable.

5. *Job Placement Guarantee*

   - Job placement is subject to successful profile verification, training, and company-specific eligibility tests.

   - HB Careers only acts as a placement support platform, not a direct employer.

6. *Laptop Eligibility*

   - Any mention of a laptop is conditional and subject to completion of the entire onboarding + training process.

   - Candidates misrepresenting facts will be permanently blacklisted.

7. *Code of Conduct*

   - Use of abusive language, fake documents, or threats towards team members will result in legal action and termination of application.

8. *Changes to Terms*

   HB Careers reserves the right to update terms and policies anytime without prior notice. Users are advised to regularly check this page.

9. *Jurisdiction*

   All legal matters will be handled under the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh courts, India.
