At HB Careers Academy (www.hbcareers.in), we are committed to providing high-quality, career-focused educational programs. Before enrolling in any of our courses or services, we request all candidates to read the following refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. *No Refund After Enrollment* 

All purchases, including but not limited to skill development courses, exam preparation guides, training material kits, and onboarding services, are strictly *non-refundable* once the payment is successfully processed. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, lack of participation, or change of mind by the applicant.

2. *Digital Services Clause* 

Since the content is delivered digitally and includes sensitive training material, proprietary resources, and instant access to job preparation content, refunds cannot be entertained under any circumstance.

3. *Corporate Kit & Materials* 

The cost of any "Corporate Kit" provided to candidates (if applicable) is included as part of the onboarding or course package. Once dispatched or marked ready for field delivery, the kit cost is non-refundable, irrespective of candidate participation or job eligibility outcome.

4. *Onboarding & Verification Fees* 

Any onboarding charges collected for field verification, profile assessment, or document processing are operational and service-based charges. These are not product purchases, and hence, are also strictly non-refundable.

5. *Replacement & Re-enrollment* 

If a user fails the eligibility process, test, or skips training, they may be allowed a one-time re-enrollment or batch transfer (if applicable), but no refund will be provided.

6. *Fraud or Misuse* 

In the event of misuse, fraud, or manipulation of policy (e.g., fake documents, misleading data, fake payments), HB Careers Academy reserves the right to cancel the enrollment and blacklist the candidate permanently. No refund shall be processed under any such violation.

7. *Force Majeure* 

Refunds shall not be applicable due to events outside our control, including but not limited to server outages, internet failure, government regulation, natural disaster, or pandemic-related delays.

8. *Acceptance of Policy* 

By enrolling or making payment, the candidate confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
